New Beginnings
Hi Family and Friends! This week was transfers and Sister Bailey got sent to Renton... So sad!!! I am going to miss her so much, but my new companion Sister Parsons seems like a great Sister! I am taking over the area in Eatonville and it feels like a lot of pressure haha. Good thing my Heavenly Father knows what he is doing and will help me move the work foreward:) So two amazing miracles this week. A while ago one of our investigators dropped us due to some of the new policies released by the church. Well this week he called us and said he couldn't do it anymore and needed to come back to church and take the lessons again! We met with him Monday and he is going to be baptized in January! So so so so so happy for him! Everyone pray for Mark! I am so excited and grateful to see his progression. The spirit really does prepare people to hear our message. Heavenly Father has a time frame and sometimes we just have to be patient and wait for people. Second miracle! Nolan has set a date to be baptized as well!! We had an incredible lesson with him and he told me that I was one of the biggest reasons he wanted to keep learning. He told us when he decided a couple weeks ago he told us that he didn't want to join the church and he saw how disappointed and devistated I looked it really struck him. He decided then that he would keep trying and said that no matter what I better be at his baptism:) He is an amazing guy. I can't wait to see him be baptized next month and hopefully be present when he goes to the temple and is sealed to his wife for time and all eternity. It is the most beautiful thing to be apart of. I love this gospel more and more everyday. The spirit that fills your life as you serve others and become like the Savior is incredible! I hope you are all doing well! Have a very Merry Christmas and remember to thankful for all the blessings we have especially this time of year. I love you all!
Your Sister in Christ,
Sister Northrup
