Tis the Season to talk about Christ!

Hello Everyone! I hope you all had a great week! We were crazy busy all week passing out invitations for the Ward Christmas Party we had this past Saturday. It went very well and lots of people came:) If you haven't gotten a chance to watch the Christmas Devotional, watch it! It is super good! Lexie has been doing amazing! She got her temple recommend this week and is so exicted for the opportunity to go do baptisms:)

So cool story of the week.. We have been having Lexie's lessons at a member house, but Sister Bailey and I decided it would be better if we started to have new member lessons at Lexie's home instead. So we did:) Her mom was there and we invited her to join us. She was super excited and we taught about the Book of Mormon. Her mom was super excited and committed to read it! So cool! So we are now teaching Lexie's mom!!! I love how the gospel blesses families. We got to testify that Shelia (Lexie's Mom) could find the same joy Lexie had by learning and accepting the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are so excited to meet with them again this week.

There was a Christmas parade this weekend and it was so fun! It was small haha but parades are a missionaries bestfriend... 1. Because there are tons of people outside 2. People want you to hand them stuff!! It was lots of fun and we got to give a lot of people pictures of Jesus and invite them to watch the new video on christmas.mormon.org.
