Is it Christmas Yet???
Hello Everyone! Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving, but I am so exicted for Christmas!! It is the best time of the year for us! Everyone wants to talk about Jesus Christ! It makes it easier to find people that are willing to listen and learn more for sure! If you haven't already check out the new Christmas Mormon Message! It is so good:) If you have seen it share it with someone that hasn't. Christmas is a great excuse to share the gospel with people! I challenge you all to invite a family to the Ward Christmas Party in your area as well! It is a good way to get people in the building. Don't miss this prime opportunity to be member missionaries. It helps others and helps you focus on the real reason for the season.
Lexie got baptized this past Friday! She is my little miracle! She bore a beautiful testimony and is a golden convert:) I love her more than I can even express in words. Her parents came as well which is amazing! They aren't members, but the ward fellowshipped them right in and we think the mom will be interested in learning more! Miracles!! However, with great blessings comes the adversary with it. Please pray for Nolan! He is struggling a lot with different questions and finding out if Joseph Smith is a prophet. He is such a good guy and wants to be sealed to his wife but is being attacked on all fronts by Satan... So prayers are much appreciated:)
We had a hilarious experience tracting this week. We knocked on a ladies door that was on the phone previously but we left a pamphlet. So we went and were following up on if they read it. We knocked and her husband opened the door. We talked for a minute and he asked if we were cold. I told his yes hahaha and he said well come in (best way to get inside, act cold haha) So we went in and he called to his wife, the lady we met, and she came out. She looked at us with wide eyes and looked at her husband and said right in front of us.. "I can't believe you let them in" Hahahahaahahaha!!! Oh man it took everything inside me not to laugh out loud! Good time in Eatonville:) I love you all and hope you have a great week!
Your Sister in Christ,
Sister Northrup
